I've been buying Meundies for almost 3 years and I used to love them. All of the underwear I've purchased in the last year have cheap fabric and have fallen apart becoming no longer wearable, where as the underwear bought prior to this past year are still in perfect condition. I don't know if they were trying to cut costs or what. My 2 dollar walmart underwear are better quality to be honest. Definitely no longer worth the price tag.
Terrible at counting. If you know the brand, you know designs and sizes are almost impossible to get, this funneling you into membership. Which should work fine, allowing you to reserve your designs and sizes in advance. But of course, this requires the ability to do basic math, so since this is America, that didn't work so well. Places our membership order for the new design the day it was launched (if not the minute it was launched, involves one of my favorite movies). So we locked in and we're pumped to get them. Low and behold, after almost a month of thinking we had this design, an email saying: we removed the design from your order, oops! Thanks for nothing.

I did the matching underwear subscription since my girlfriend was in need of new panties and I thought it'd be cool to get matching pairs of bold prints. When the first order arrived, I immediately noticed that the men's boxer briefs had no fly in the front. I immediately emailed them about the lack of fly, and they said they were exploring the idea for a future redesign and that if I wanted an opening in the front, I should get the regular boxers. The whole damn reason I wear boxer briefs is because I like my underwear to be tight. My girlfriend likes her panties, though, so I kept the subscription for a couple of years. I followed up about the lack of fly twice, and got the exact same response both times. Then I noticed that my boxer briefs were getting holes in the crotch. You can say I'm hard on my underwear, but I bought other boxer briefs from other brands at the same time (because I was researching good brands), and all of the other brands are still intact to this day. Only the meUndies developed holes. So I ended up cancelling my subscription and I'll just wear through the pairs I have while slowly replacing them with other branded boxer briefs that actually have a fly in the front.
Massively disappointed with the MeUndies.
order delay - website says 10-12 days delivery - Ordered 5th Mar for UK mothers day, delivery now expected 14th Apr, Meundies support was unhelpful at best saying the carrier system was overloaded. I won't be ordering again.
Best underwear ever

Service is awesome. Boxer Briefs and Socks are the best out there.

I have used MeUndies for years and actually haven't worn anything else since. I never took part in their Subscription service so I can't comment on that. They are very expensive but they last about 2 years if they are being washed once a week. I noticed the black colored material is better quality for some reason. I will wear MeUndies till they go out of business.

You subscribe for an annual gift. Annual = 1 year. Their scammimg practice of continuing to charge your credit card after 1 year should be illegal. We contacted them to cancel the subscription (after being charged month after month after the year was up). They couldn't locate our account info, then said it must be on the gift recipient's account, which they also couldn't locate. After many, many, many emails and calls, the company finally said they cancelled it. Of course they didn't, and we received another charge from them. This has not stopped. We now have to cancel our credit card to have this situation. Buy your underwear at a reputable company, not meundies.
I bought a 10 pair 'mystery' pack on a Black Friday sale thinking i was going to get some nice soft underwear at a great price. The add said you will get some of their older prints and some duplicates and i was ready for that... when i opened my box it was 10 pairs of the exact same print! So now i have 10 pairs of Santa underwear that are not returnable. Super disappointed i thought i would get a little variety :/
First time order (non-member) due to Amex promo I received. Shipping address matched billing address and both matched credit card billing address. A few days later I was contacted by the MeUndies "Safety and Trust team" for additional information in form of either a copy of my drivers license or current utility bill. As if all the information collection this company already discloses in their terms and conditions (IP address, location info, device info, referring site, etc) isn't enough now they want my verified personal info to send me UNDERWEAR?! Just told them to cancel the order.
Not sure what's going on with this company but seems like data harvesting is a big part of what they're up to. No thanks.
Incredibly slow shipping, doesnt offer postage for returns so if something doesnt fit well itll probably be a financial loss, and the product is nowhere near as good as it claims to be. Ive gotten better underwear from amazon for a quarter of the price. Their product all in all to me feels very cheap. The product as advertised online looks much nicer and its deceptive. Im stuck with a bunch of crappy bras and underwear because it would cost too much to ship it back myself. There are higher quality products out there with better customer policies. I dont recommend this product.
I placed an order with MeUndies on August 28. Today is October 23 and I still don't have my order. Shortly after I placed my order I received an email stating that they had just moved to a new warehouse and that my order was going to be delayed about a week due to the move... no big deal. The following week I received another email, with an apology and another delay with another new ship date. The following week, another email with you guessed it, another delay. To be fair, they offered to cancel my order and refund my money, and I said no, thinking that they guaranteed it would ship no later than October 4th and I'd have it a week later. They shipped my order on September 30th and 24 days later, I still don't have it. According to tracking info it took 2 weeks to go from one location in Illinois to a second location in Illinois. They say that shipping is out of their control, but that's not true, find a different shipping company.
Edit: And despite saying they support the LGBTAQ+ community, they're still selling their 'Harry Potter' merch. Considering JK Rowlings transphobic views, that's incredibly disappointing.
Despite the excellent quality of their product, they continually drop orders, cancel them, or shame a customer for not using their membership program. It feels as if MeUndies is changing, and not for the better. I wouldn't be surprised if it recently got a new manager, because this all screams 'let's change it all now that I'm in charge!' The new warehouse opened a month ago, and things are still a disorganised mess, which is really a shame. Their representatives are nothing but kind and polite, but can rarely help. This used to be a good company, but whenever you go onto their twitter, you just see them replying to dissatisfied customers. And asking people on twitter to model for them for free, which is, well...pretty disappointing. They're taking advantage of their customer base.
Absolute joke of a company. I placed an order over a month ago and it was never shipped. Many times they updated people, simply to say things had been delayed again. Customar service was decent at first, they were quick to get back (with, albiet very little information) very quicklt with live chat. Now, as of writing this review they've removed the live chat feature and I have now been waiting over 24 hours for anyone to reply to my latest email.
I placed my order on the 16th August and I'm not seeing people who placed orders at the start of October getting them, and when I look on their website, I can no longer see the prints I ordered, so it would seem they have sold out of prints I purchased over a month ago. Wonderful.
It is a pity as I have heard good things about the actual product... the actual product I never recived. This is a rewview of the compnay, not the product and I would simply advice anyone to proceed with caution with them. Heres hoping I can actually either get a refund or finally revice my order.
